Class Description

This class is the 26 postures you know and love from the Bikram Yoga series plus some “follow on” postures.

You don’t need to be able to bend like a pretzel! Like every class, you come as you are and do what you can, and the teacher will offer guidance and modifications to help you have the best class for YOU.

55 postures. 90 minutes. A whole lot of fun to be had as you challenge yourself physically and mentally!
