Benefits of Yoga in the workplace
The quality of life and health of working professionals always needs to be in check if you expect them to be productive. Employees spend long hours at a desk which can undermine their health and wellbeing. Though the effects may not manifest immediately, it can be detrimental to their efficiency when it does. Common issues that employees suffer include work stress, weight gain, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint and muscle pain (specifically in the back, neck, shoulders and hips) and more. Yoga is a beneficial solution to reduce pain and discomfort if practiced regularly.
Depending on the type of session you are after we teach various Yoga postures, breathing techniques (Pranayama), Relaxation, Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. Our sessions aid in improving focus and concentration amongst employees, developing the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and make correct decisions.
